Charter Broker Status

LIV Private Jets acts primarily as an independent aviation charter broker and facilitator.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, LIV does not own, lease, manage, maintain, or operate aircraft.

All charter flights are operated by independent, licensed, insured, and certified air carriers holding valid Air Operator Certificates (AOC) and all applicable regulatory approvals.

Booking Confirmation

A charter booking shall be deemed confirmed only when:

• A charter quotation has been accepted;
• Required documentation has been received;
• Operational approvals have been obtained;
• Applicable payments have been received.

Pricing

All quotations are subject to:

• Aircraft availability;
• Airport slot availability;
• Regulatory approvals;
• Fuel pricing;
• Currency fluctuations;
• Taxes and governmental charges;
• Operational restrictions.

LIV reserves the right to revise pricing where material changes occur prior to departure.

Payments

Time of payment is of the essence.

Failure to make payment when due may result in cancellation of services without liability to LIV.

Aircraft Substitution

LIV and/or the operating carrier reserve the right to substitute aircraft or operators with equivalent alternatives where operationally necessary.

Operational Authority

The Pilot-in-Command retains absolute and final authority concerning:

• Aircraft operation;
• Flight routing;
• Departure and arrival decisions;
• Passenger acceptance;
• Flight delays;
• Diversions;
• Technical inspections;
• Flight cancellation.

Such decisions shall be final and binding.
