Operational Control
The operating carrier maintains exclusive responsibility for:
- Aircraft maintenance;
- Airworthiness;
- Flight dispatch;
- Crew qualifications;
- Operational control;
- Safety Management Systems (SMS);
- Regulatory compliance.
Passenger Security Requirements
Passengers may be required to provide:
- Government-issued identification;
- Passport information;
- Visa documentation;
- Security-related information.
Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without compensation.
Dangerous Goods
Passengers shall comply with all applicable dangerous goods regulations.
The transport of prohibited items, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, undeclared lithium batteries, or restricted goods may result in refusal of carriage without liability.
Right to Refuse Transportation
LIV and the operating carrier reserve the right to refuse transportation where safety, security, operational, legal, regulatory, medical, behavioral, or immigration concerns exist.
